Constitution and Minutes

The Friends of Arnold Circus is a registered charity, run by an elected committee one third of whom has to retire once a year in order to stop the organisation becoming static. We meet on the last Thursday of every month (except August and December) and are happy for observers to attend. However, since the space isn’t that large we can’t accommodate unlimited numbers. So we do ask that people who want to attend check with the Secretary, Jalal Aziz jalalaziz@hotmail.com first.
